• Within Initial Access Period
  If a learner requests a refund within the first 3 days of course accessand has not completed more than 10% of the course content, the request may be reviewed for eligibility.
• Course Cancellation by upGrowth Ambvinet
  If a course is canceled by upGrowth Ambvinet, learners will receive a full refundor the option to transfer enrollment to another available course.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the refund eligibility period
• Significant course content has been accessed, downloaded, or completed
• Participation in internships, certifications, workshops, or live sessions
• Personal reasons such as lack of time, change of interest, or non-attendance
